Assurance Activities

  • Procedure System are documented as per ISO 9001:2015
  • Periodical calibration of instruments, maintenance of records, review & corrective, preventive actions
  • Shop approvals of sub-contractors, approval procedures for vendors & training

Control Activities

  • Inspection of raw materials, semi-finished / finished components
  • Stage wise inspection at various levels viz. material handling, stores, machining & assembly
  • Final product inspection, testing & dispatch

Product Testing

  • Chemical and mechanical testing of metal batch wise IGC & PMI (On request)
  • Dimensional Checking
  • 100% Hydrostatic / Pneumatic seat and shell for valve before dispatch.
  • Vacuum test (On request) Overall operational & trque
  • Helium Gas Test (On request)

  • ASTM A 479 (for SS Bar Stock)
  • ASTM A 182 (for SS forgings)
  • NACE-MR-01-75 (Nace Certification)
